1) Ability to test run a job added, allows a job to be run without moving any
files. A full log file giving details of what would have been moved and
including what would have been the total size and number of files migrated for
the job will still be generated as if the job had run properly.
2) Fixed a bug in the Archive Maintenence utility that could lead to unwanted
shortcuts being created when moving a folder based archive to a new location.
