Archive Manager is currently supported for installation on Windows 2003 Server
(all editions inc 64bit), Windows Vista (all editions inc 64 bit), Windows 7
(all versions inc 64 bit) and 2008 Server (all versions inc 64 bit).
Please see further down the page for full details of our support
and upgrade policy.
The standard version is just £149.99 ($259.63) per installed copy.
The datacenter version is only £349.99 ($579.60) per installed copy.
Each installed copy is capable of archiving the content on multiple servers via
UNC paths, no 'remote agents' or similar are needed. As you only need a license
for each installed copy, not each machine that will be accessed by Archive
Manager, Archive Manager is incredible value for money.

Support
Support is provided via both our website and via email.
Support will cease for each operating system in line with Microsoft's
Windows Life-Cycle Policy. When an operating
system enters Microsoft's 'Extended Support' phase official support for that
operating system will cease.
That said we will always try to help customers resolve
any issues
that we can on expired support products on a best efforts basis.
So for example, Windows 2000 Advanced server went into the extended support
phase on the 30/06/2005, but as it still supports most of the required
functionality for Archive Manager we will endeavour to help resolve any issues.
Although, officially support will be provided for Archive Manager on this
operating system on a best efforts basis.
